Introduction:On May 1, 2009, Dr. Nandan (Nandan), well-established doctor at Hyderabad, South India was lost in thoughts reminiscing about his past mistakes which cost him around 50% of his initial investment in the stock market and was aware that he could not afford any more losses, On the other hand he was also trying to trying to plan the future to save the remaining initial investment and earn money in a volatile market. He knew a number of his friends who earned a good return in volatile market. He remembered his friend’s suggestion that he will have to become skilled at the correct time to enter and exit from the stock market, if not he would lose his investment.

Nandan remembered the day he had decided to keep at least half of his total investments in shares on the advice of his friend, Gurvir, Senior Manager, Derivatives, in one of the reputed stock broking company in India who had said that investment in the share market is most rewarding than any other investment, if done after appropriate research..
